My complaint:

I am attempting to verify my fathers identity so that he can order a replacement debit card and we have submitted images of his drivers license and his passport. They have all been denied 8 times without any explanation and that we need to go to Social Security to proceed. We have gone to the Social Security offices twice and they have advised that they cannot do anything and it is up to Direct Express. They will not tell us how to proceed and we are stuck in a loop. We don’t know what to do.

Suggested solution:

When my father can order a replacement card and get his identity verified.
