My complaint:

Called customer service to send in proof of id for verification and to activate new card. Representative gave no email address to send proof and offered no alternative to resolve matter other than refuse a supervisor and hang up on phone call.

Suggested solution:

Give a way electronically to send id verification and activate my direct Express card.
