My complaint:

My card was scammed and they made it like I had did this. If you did an investigation you would have seen the same transactions every month. Then tell me to do my own investigation after they made me wait 90 days to do nothing. Every time I called they had no updated information. 650 is a lot of money to just not do nothing about.
