My complaint:

My money is locked and DirectExpress is taking a fee of 75 cents every month.
I want my money now.
And when I call, no one answers.
I have been on hold for an hour twice already and one half hour four times.
I want my money now.

I have to be out on hold to speak. To a customer service agent for 2. Hours wasteing my phone battery. It’s not kike I have all. Day to. Wait. I have. Work. To. Do. Anytime. I try to. Make a call. To. Talk. To. A person I can’t get. Thru. Because automated service says the call volume busy. I’ve called. At. 6am. 8am. 9am. 130om. 6pm. Midnight. 3am and I can’t. Get. Thru. To talk to. A live person the rediculous. Wait.
