My complaint:

Tried several time to make purchases from both Amazon and Home Depot and they come back declined. Called them to inquire why the declined authorization. Said it was an issue with me entering the CVC incorrectly.
Com on! It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to enter a 3 digit number. Customer service rep said there was nothing he could do.I worked in the Costumer Service rep at a Very large bank. There is always a way to resolve such issues
