My complaint:
I wanna file this complaint because I don’t know what is going on, but I’ve been calling my card all week long and now all of a sudden, today I can’t even hear my balance and then when I called the customer service center, the representative was very disrespectful towards me and couldn’t tell me anything and he asked me for my identity such as: social security number and my birthdate which that is understandable, but after I gave him that information, he couldn’t tell me exactly what is going on with my direct express card so he wasn’t much helpful at all and he had bad customer service
Suggested solution:
I would like to speak with somebody as soon as possible concerning my direct express card because that’s my only source of income and that’s how I pay my monthly bills such as rent and my light bill and cell phone bill and provide for my children.
