My complaint:

I get my benefits on the direct express card, I applied on Jan 23 2022 and the automated told me that my card was issued on Jan 23,2022 I have been waiting for my card and I never got my card. That is the only income that I have. I have been calling direct express for several days and nights no one answers. I now have to pay late fees on my bills. I don’t know what to do can someone please help me. I frustrated and in much stress.

Help me get my card from direct express.
