My complaint:
On june july August of 2021 money was taking 129off my card June 129. July 237

Direct express lock my card I call them each time said someone trying to buy something but they kept putting in wrong pin sent me the complaints paper fill them out just for to tell me they never found no. wrong doing I try to call
Them each time because heavy call volume call later
Suggested solution:
They are the one lock my card I lost my card. Call them told loss my card
.they should have took the time to look at my account did more looking in to it. They would have seen money missing. I file several complaints on direct express still nothing was done. Thank y'all. Oran. bb
