Direct Express complaint: I can’t select a pin

My complaint:

I got a new card and I can’t select a pin and the card number is 5332 4804 2004 4697
I call and I’m just on hold. I need to select a pin 1979 so I can pay my rent

Suggested solution:

Create my pin so I can activate my card
