My complaint:
A company I brought a item form never delivered the package in when they did it was way out of the promised shipping time as well as the wrong package I explained this to direct express file a dispute and they riddled as not liable for refund and I still haven’t received my order and I have prooof the company still emails me lying that they have resent the package
Suggested solution:
Give me back my damn money
