My complaint:

I have called to change my card and ask them to put it in a Express 3D delivery they have not done that here it is now over 14 days I still have not received my card I am now on the streets homeless I lost my home I lost all my stuff I lost everything to these people not paying attention to what I asked him to do they did not see my card like they were supposed to so now I am on the streets hungry and nothing to have me and my service animal have nothing I am disabled and now I’m disabled without a home or anything that you eat because they decide to do what they wanted to do and not listen to the customer I

Suggested solution:

I don't no take to resolve this type of thing how can you give somebody's home back how can you help somebody that is homeless because you do not do a simple 3-day return on the card that should have been done
