My complaint:

Called Direct Express after not receiving my ssi check they stated they were sending me a new card. With 2 options. 1. Wait 7 to 10 business days (or) 2. For $13.00 I could recieve it in 2 days. So I spent the $13.00, well here it is 5 days later. And no card UPS, FED EX, OR DHL, or USPS. DIRECT EXPRESS fraudulently charged me, and did not deliver as stated. Are they stealing money from every sucker that chooses to use their 2 day fraudulent service? If need be I’ll call a lawyer.

Suggested solution:

Reimburse me for the whole amount $13.00 $4,000.00. Because their fraudulent actions has caused me to lose my storage unit with $4,000.00 worth of my deceased parents memorials including B-certificates furniture accessories. This is a very unprofessional, derelict organization which is governed by Commera Bank, through the National Treasury Department. I don't understand how they can make false financial actions and be protected by the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT. I an handicapped and deserve fair and equal protection under the United States Constitution 🇺🇸. If I was from a foreign country I would get better treatment than I am having served for THIS CORRUPT GOVERNMENT.
