My complaint:
Hello my name is Phyllis Rene Sloan I am filing a complaint because I have called to on the 7th of October to get a replacement card because I had lost my card ,the representative said that I will be receiving my card in 7 to 10 business days but yet still haven’t received my direct express card,so I called back to put in another replacement card but now it’s been over a month in still haven’t received my first card I want to know what is the issue am I going to get the second one I’m worried is the some type of fraud going on?

The company need to be more mindful on assisting their customers professionally
