My complaint:
Was victim of theft via GoogleActivision cyber crime entity. Advised Direct Express they were hitting my SSA debit card every :05 with withdrawals of $15 to $25. I asked the Direct Express rep if she could stop unauthorized charges she said no wiped out my entire SSA. No Thanksgiving, no surgery, no rent, food etc.. They screwed me over for over 45 days and after filing complaints with the A.G. in CA MO- I was advised they declined to give me my money back and I filled out D.E.’s forms and filed police report. Now they’ve piece-mealed my money back but failed to add the money back into my current balance- Direct Express is fraudulently handling SSA fol monies and not complying with the Electronic Fund Transfer Act and regular folk or disabled folk are unaware of their rights
Suggested solution:
Add the final $195 to my current balance so it reflects their history of my account's debits, credits and total balance on their spreadsheet. A-holes
I know that the law allows me to sue them and mastercardcitizens bank for an additional$1k plus attorney's fees.
