My complaint:
On. October 1st 2021 $600 was stolen from my account i contacted direct express of which you can never get anyone on the phone but when I did I informed them of the situation I was told they would send me the paperwork k need to fill out for my claim which I never received so I wrote a letter and faxed it in with the police report it is now December and they keep closing my case staying no fraud was done
Suggested solution:
They should have refunded my money over been using direct express for years it shouldn't be this hard to get my money back
