My complaint:
My account of Direct Express was hacked I April 2022 via my eBay account, which kept my Direct Express account . The amount hacked was $694. I called Direct Express immediately. I then faxed then Priority mailed in my request for provisional of the $695 while investigation was pending. They denied my claim altogether. The original operator told me it want me because the hacker went on to try my old expired card numbers. Direct Express is just transferring me and then after 45 mins on hold, disconnect me. After this month, I am going to Direct Deposit in a real bank. Although banks are very iffy now .

Put my $694 back in my account and sue eBay.
I’m fortunate that my DE Card was allegedly activated at 0 bucks while I was waiting for it in the mail and my deposit was about a week away. I called and was given an option of a rushed card at a 13 buck fee, if memory serves me well. Now, I could’ve bumped myself cause I decided to look into the DE Card after the call for a new card and roughly -13 bucks on my DE Accounts.
