My complaint:
I’ve been with Direct Express some time now. And Everytime I go to Atm I say I’m going to call . Everytime I take Money out on my very first Atm withdrawal it charges me. I know the past yr it has been 3.00 and it’s suppose to be Free. Yes I use the Atm that y’all said to look for
Suggested solution:
I would like Direct Express to go back and check on my Account and Refund me my Atm Fee.
