My complaint:
Starting in Dec 2020 I noticed a total of 12 unauthorized charges that went until Jan 19th. I felt the directions and opened a fraud complaint. I sent in all of the paperwork requested by direct express and they denied my refund of $440 that I did not purchase.
Suggested solution:
Researched my charges on my account and they would of seem that the u authorized charges were for thirst party billing websites. I have had this account for over 3 years and I have never made any charge close to the charges I received.
