My complaint:
On March 8 I purchased two items adding up to 29.90 from website felsha.com name is IMPEGAD order numbers 1180 was a. Dog training device and order number 1174 was a tablet two days later I went to track order and found that the website was not real. When I contacted direct Express to dispute they said they didn’t see no error and won’t refund my money I was told since they couldn’t get ahold of company I have to appeal that not right the company don’t exist nor does the person

I want my 29.90 refunded and direct Express to send a formal letter of apology for basically calling me a liar
