My complaint:
8 months ago a company stole 133.75 it took them 8 months too finally say the gave me a provisional credit on dec 31 2020 but money never showed up. Than i called spoke with 2 people got transfered all over the world to here them say the money came january 1st but than still no money so i call and i call and 14 calls 2 hour wait time for and answer they say i got the money kn january 19 after speaking with 2 dispute mangers.they sent me to notifications that the credit is permanent amd i won my dispute but turn around and charge me 133.75 taking my last 77 dollars from me amd now saying i owe them 56 dollars they are stealing social security benefits. DESR GOVERNMENT DIRECT EXPRESS IS STEALING THE LITTLE MONEY YOU GUYS BLESS US DISABLED PEOPLE WITH CAUSING PEOPLE NOT TOO PAY BILLS DURING THIS PANDEMIC HELP YOUR PEOPLE. YOU TALK TOO THEM EVERY BODY GOT SOME DIFFERENT TOO SAY. PLEASE B HELP US FROM THERE ILLEGAL ACTIONS
