My complaint:
In the beginning of March I had authorizes charges to my account, I called them and they told me to call the company who charged me which was simple mobile, I called simple mobile which I don’t have an account and they told me the charges were reversed, I have been ping pong for 10 days, lied to, have been told they are going to send me forms I havent receive, the waiting time exceeds 4 hours and the representatives in the fraud dept which I spoke to today at 415pm was very rude, condescending, I asked to speak to a supervisor and she hung up on me. The general customer service representative are the worst to assist their customer.
Suggested solution:
By doing g the proper procedure to put back my money. I live in a fixed income, I'm retired and I need my money.
