My complaint:
I have an issue requiring me to call their CS number 1-888-741-1115. I have now been on hold in excess of 2 12 hours and there is NO other way to contact them
Suggested solution:
Answer the phone in a timely manner, provide a chat function, provide customer service email address. People do NOT have time to be on hold all day for nothing to happen.
