My complaint:
I called to check my benefit amount on July 29 I have only had this card for a couple of months I put in last four digits of card to check balance it asked for red entire card number I put in n got transferred comes to find out thst this company allowed someone in Missouri to cancel my card and change address on my acct but was giving me problems about my account but let a stranger on the phone change my info and I keep getting rerouted to everyone but the tight right person
