My complaint:
I have been trying for almost a month to access my money and check my account with direct express, I have a stimulas check and my social security money in this accont, I have no money for food. I have tried several times to get through to direct express but after holding for over a hour they cut me off! Several times this has happened. I am alone and need to buy food! Please what ever you can do!
Suggested solution:
if you can get my account is unfrozen and have them send me a new card !
