My complaint:
I’ve been missing my SSI payments for 8 months.ive called direct Express customer service several times I’ve done everything they asked me to do and sadly enough they haven’t resolved anything and are still holding my SSI payments.I need this problem solved ASAP. What should I do next I am disabled and need my benefits.
