My complaint:
I filed a several disputes on unauthorized purchases and they say I authorized the payments. So I was basically SOL. I want this looked into. I know several people that this has happened to. They are handling alot of government benefits. You would think that they would make sure the benefits weren’t ripped off and that they would take care of it like they say they do. The government should really give us a choice. I bet direct express would lose a
Lot of business.
