My complaint:
I went to withdraw some money from my account and they kept my debit card saying some fraud was going on but it wasn’t it wase using my card to buy a car they told me to get my card back I would have to verify in which I did and they still won’t release my debit card my rent is due and I need my card to pay my bills how can I get some assistance with this problem I won’t my funds and after this ordeal I won’t put of direct express my name bobby Williams contact number 346 554 7680
Suggested solution:
Verify my id and give me my card back they only did this because the v a gave me a large amount of money and maybe because of my racial backrouund
