Direct Express complaint: Ripping me off and not giving me my benefits

My complaint:

They locked my card and was not able to get my Oct. 2023 SSI check I have sent them my AL drivers license four different times along with my SSN card they keep giving me the run around saying my ID was expired when I just renewed it now they say they need my father and mother’s name for verification t send a paper check that’s another five to ten days for that then have to wait til they get the info they want before they send a paper check why do they need more info for a paper check coming in the mail than they do to get your money in there system to verify you? Don’t make much sense to me I believe I’ve poived iam who I am but they refuse to give me my money or even an explanation as to why they locked my card in the first place. Please help I can not deal with direct express any more they are rude argumentative and do not listen when yoe tell them anything they talk over you plus can’t understand what they are saying.
