My complaint:

I had funds missing off of my card so I filed a dispute it has been over 45 days when I called them last week I was on hold for 1 hour then transferred over and put back on hold for another hour today I just called when an hour and 20 minutes to get transferred to wait another hour and 45 minutesthere is no reasoning why somebody has to be put on hold for over 2 hours to find out where my disability money is went and then when you do get to talk to somebody they’re rude and I’m telling you nothing they end up they don’t help you

Suggested solution:

They should do what they say put the funds back on and then go through the dispute and everything from person to go without their money for 2 months is crazy and there's just no sense to be put on hold for 2 and 12 3 hours and they need to change their little recording if I hear thank you for my patience one more time and I have patience I don't I don't yell at them I like them oh my God you wouldn't want to believe what I like to say to these people but I don't but they need to not they need to figure something out because there is no sense to be put on hold for that long
