My complaint:

The second time my card was used in states and time zones I’ve never been to, I received reimbursement as I did when it happened two months earlier. I wake up this morning to find your company took the reimbursement back.
Weeks before Christmas, my own “bank” has robbed me again.
My next steps will be taken with law enforcement. I make $1208 a month. I can’t work or keep up with my medical bills as it is and this company takes 10% of my income in the middle of a pandemic at Christmas.
