My complaint:

I’VE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN TO MY ACCOUNT THOUGH DIRECT EXPRESS WEBSITE CALLING THEM BEFORE AFTER DEC 9,2022 TO SOLVE PROBLEMS WITH KNOW LUCK. DIRECT EXPRESS IS HAVING CUSTOMERS CHANGE THEIR ID PASSWORD TO THE NEW APP WHEN IT NOT SET UP YET. DIRECT EXPRESS SHOULD THEY BE ALLOW TO SET A NEW APP THAT SUJECT TO GO TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD WHERE CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY ELDER POEPLE GET SCAMED? DIRECT EXPRESS HAD TROUBLE KEPTING UP WITH THE OLD SYSTEM. DIRECT EXPRESS WAS SUPPOSE TO CALL ME DEC 13,2022 BEFORE 11;00AM WHICH THEY DIDN’T. DIRECT EXPRESS HAD ME TO CHANGE MY ID PASSWORD BUT I STILL COULDN’T GET IN TO MY ACCOUNT.DIRECT EPXRESS WEBSITE KEPT POP UP INVALID SORRY WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING ISSUES PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.I HAVE TO GET IN TO MY DIRECT EXPRESS ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEIR ARE CHARGES ON THE ACCOUNT THAT I DID’T MAKE.

Suggested solution:

LET ME BACK IN TO MY ACCOUNT PUT MY MONEY BACK IN TO MY ACCOUNT THAT WAS CHARGED WRONG.
