Direct Express complaint: Card was hacked from using an on line bank in the amount of 20.00

My complaint:

On November 4th I file a complaint with Direct express someone used an on line bank to take 20.00 in increments totally 124.00. direct express refuse to refund my money they it’s in inconsistent. I have never used an on line bank to take any funds from my account. How is that possible when I only have an account with Direct express?
This is the second time I’ve been hack. First time was for 800.00 dollars and for 124.00 dollars. When you call direct express you are placed on hold sometimes for an hour. Please rectify this situation in with speed.

Suggested solution:

Direct Express can solve this problem by refunding my funds. It was an on line bank that someone used my information to take money out of my account in 20.00 increments. No one have access to my information. As I stated before no one have access to my card it's in my wallet at all times or my back pocket. I only have Direct express card. Why would use an online bank? When I can go to the ATM and use my direct express card.
