My complaint:

I CALLLED DE ON OCT 13, 2020 AT 12:36 PM EST., TO ASK FOR ASSSTANCE TO LOG-IN TO MY ACCOUNT TO SEE MY STATEMENT. THE CALL ENDED AT 2:56 PM EST WITHOUT ANYTHING RESPLVED. I COULD GET A CALL IN 5 DAYS TO ASSST ME. I CANNOT SEE ANY OF MY FINANCAL INFO. I ASKED FOR A PRINTED STATEMENT THEY SAID I MUST DO IT ON-LINE. TOLD THEM I CANT LOG IN. TOO BAD FELLA CANT HELP YA…HAVE A NICE DAY

I WANT A PAPER STATEMENT MAILED TO MY HOME EVERY MONTH BECAUSE THESE IDIOTS ARE KEEPING MY FINANCIAL INFO AWAY FROM ME INTENTONALLY SO THEY CAN RIP ME OFF.
