Direct Express complaint: Mishandling information and funds through deception

My complaint:

This is the 2nd time I have been into it with these people always before hand write your complaints with ticket numbers and information on it then all of a sudden after my 10 day where up to give me my credit for it now after the 10 days is up then they tell me I have to send the forms in order to get your 10 day credit they would have to send it fill it out and send it back in by then your 10 days is up and you can’t have your own money till they say now this is a government card loaded monthly with your money on it now they take your money and come up with all kinds of reasons to not give it back what are they doing with my money they gave out and coming up with all kinds of reasons for them to not give it to you when they sure took my money off of it real fast but won’t give it back for 45 to 90 days now it does not take that long to do their so called information if I can get it with a phone call why can’t they it’s the holidays and I need my money refunded they are also guilty of Breach of Incovencey means they lied and broke the contract bending and making new rules up as they go instead of giving you your money back they already gave away I live on a fixed income as it is I want my money back they would not like it if the table was turned around

Suggested solution:

Accept and acknowledge the customer is right and give me what I have coming
