My complaint:

I had many Google charges over a 3 month time period and when I went over my statements I saw some other fraudulent charges. It is too much stuff to download below but contact me and I will get it to you. They refunded the money right away but took it all back without warning about 2 weeks later and this is going to cause me to be homeless in about a week.

Suggested solution:

They should return my money immediately $509.00.
