My complaint:
I was in the social security office in Denver Colorado and just updated my address and I told them I would love to get a direct express card for me so I can get rid of the paper checks that I have been having a problem getting through the mail and I lost two of them and I didn’t think it would take 3 weeks or longer to get a debit card in the mail and I am still waiting on the debit card and I have lost everything in my life and just want to get access to my account and I don’t know what to do

I called the costumer phone number and just got a really lame text book answer
