My complaint:
Money was stolen from I file a dispute 2/1/24 I fax paperwork before the deadline which was 2/15/24 I showed proof I was incarcerated at the time the money was taken they trying tell me the dispute was not file in a timely manner when I showed I was incarcerated then they stated fraud was not committed by how when the money was not stolen which I was incarcerated I did everything they told me to do and the supervisor hung up on me I want my money back that’s all Iam asking !
