My complaint:
I was booking a room Direct Express blocked my transaction due to suspicious move but then I never reported any suspicious actions on my account they just blocked it it wasn’t easy to talk to any customer service because they don’t answer the phone at all or put you on hold for an hour. Really horrible experience w/ them.
Suggested solution:
By paying me some money for all the strife they caused me.
