My complaint:

The dumb mfs canceled my card without my permission last Thursday so they expedited another one that I was suppose to receive today and these bitches won’t answer the phone! I’ve called 56 times in two hours! They know that my situation is critical due to domestic violence and these mfs don’t care!

Suggested solution:

Answer the fkng phone and give me my tracking number
