My complaint:
My husbands experience was awful. on 12242020 My husband went to Dick’s Sporting Goods located at Fair oaks Mall in Fairfax, va. while looking for an item that he couldn’t find. he saw one of the associates passing by. He nicely asked him ( excuse me can I ask a question). the associate rolled his eyes and waives my husband off, and he continued walking to the break room. and because it was ‘SO DISRESPECTFUL’ my husband asked to speak to the manager. and when Mr. Sohel the manager came in. He did not ask my husband what’s the problem. he only kept asking him to leave the store. He did not show any interest in apologizing, or trying to listen to what’s the issue. he only asked my husband to leave the store and told him (do what ever he wants to do). I find that so judgmental, disrespectful, and racist behavior. if the manager of the store is behaving like that, how the employees will behave!!. I think they should train their staff more about Customer Service. I will never visit that store again. I’m so disappointed.
Suggested solution:
The manager Sohel should not be given that title because he is not worthy of it. to be a manager you should know how to treat your customers, also you should know how to train your associates in regards of how they should behave to the customers.
