My complaint:
My daughter and I went to the Dick’s Store in Lynchburg, VA to find her a pair of soccer cleats. We asked for a size and that associate said she would be back with the shoe and 20 mins later she finally came back and during this time we had asked another associate for another soccer cleat and she said it would be 10 mins that they were busy. I only saw 3 more people asking for soccer cleats. That lady never came back and she was helping other people and was on the register. We were in the store for an hour and finally told my daughter let’s leave. It would be nice to get some help.
Suggested solution:
I just think they need to hire more help or something.
