My complaint:

Hello,
I am Sameer Khan, email id 3dgrdice@gmail.com, communicating with DHL from so many days in regards to my shipment, which got stuck in customs in Mumbai via DHL. They asking me a duty of 77% to be paid off for receiving the same. I got an email stating that if I send them the bank statement in which Shipper, Receiver and the made transaction is highlighted, then the duty will come down to 48%.As per their email I have submitted all the supporting documents asked by the DHL (Bom.Csa15@dhl.com)via email. Now they are forcing me to pay the 77% duty or else they will destroy the shipment. I am ready to pay 48% of the duty charges or else please return my shipment to the shipper.
