DHL complaint: Service person for delivery is absolutely disrespectful and purposefully mismanages package delivery

My complaint:

I have had by now, many repeated incidents where in my area there’s one delivery guy who has several time handled package delivery irresponsibly.

I have at least 3 instances where I was home and still my package wasn’t delivered and was sent back due to this reason.

Other evidence is that the guy sometimes drops a pick up receipt in my letter box without ringing my door bell. I have been working from home since pandemic, in the morning I see the delivery can downstairs, I see the notification on my app and still the package is not delivered to me.

At times the delivery guy rings my door bell at the building entrance and asks me to come down to pick it up?! I have done that some times but is this even recommended? I even have elevator in my house and it’s literally 3 floors. I can of course go downstairs but that’s not my experience in the past many years.

It is with this one specific person in my area who handles amazon delivery.

Today I had it enough that I needed to look for complaint platforms.
He rang my door bell and asked me to come down to which I refused and he said, Okay, I will put it in the post and now he has stored my package in a package station far in the city. Absolutely unprofessional behavior.

Suggested solution:

They should either warn the guy to behave responsibly or replace him with some one else. He is simply not doing his job.
