My complaint:
Driver buzzed my door he said parcels for you I was waiting at my street door and nothing so I walked to the foyer main door and my parcels were left there 4 boxes I am disabled and they are heavy that’s the reason for me having them delivered the driver also said I signed for these at 1810 pm which I never did .
Suggested solution:
I am disgusted not only did they send me a time for delivery between 16 05 and 17 05 I am disabled so how do I get heavy parcels to my door no4 Frank bretton house I will not be using your company again and will be telling my friends to do the same I spent £60 on these parcels your drivers are inconsiderate and make false statements .the driver took a photo of my parcels at the foyer door also so had no intention of delivering to my door .
