Despite opting for DHL EXPRESS and paying additional charges for expedited delivery, my package has been on hold for the past 5 days without any valid explanation or reason provided.
This delay has put me in an incredibly challenging situation, as I relied on the timely delivery of this package for urgent matters. The commitment to faster delivery through DHL EXPRESS has not been fulfilled, causing significant inconvenience and distress.
I wish to acknowledge Mr. Kishor’s ongoing assistance throughout this ordeal, but the delay persists, and I am yet to receive a satisfactory resolution.
I urge for immediate action to rectify this issue and expedite the delivery of my package as promised.
