My complaint:
I ordered 4 pair of shoes from a dhgate store called gorgeous001. The sent me 4 pair of shoes that looked nothing like the pictures they had posted on their site. I requested a refund for $241 and the seller denied it saying they would only refund me $0.01. I provided pictures of the issues and the seller tried to deny it. Then I looked at the reviews and realized that all of the low star complaints were the same complaints that I had. I want my refund and that seller removed from dhgate.
