My complaint:
Back in Feb 2021 purchased a casio edifice watch from one of the sellers whose feedback rating is 4.7. Sent me a tracking number which for months couldn’t track and kept saying in transit. And then when I contacted the seller letting him know they said don’t worry will send another one and gave another tracking number. After couple of days that tracking number was delivered somewhere in Edinburgh. I told the seller i dont live there and have the seller my full address again. Again the seller said we are resending the product again. Gave me another tracking number which got delivered somewhere in Aberdeen and now it’s been nearly 6 months still waiting for the product and every time I ask him about my product says will ask the sending facility and will get back and every thing they keep on giving me some different tracking number which is never ever delivered where I live but to a diff address.
Suggested solution:
Plz get in touch with the seller and either get my product or refund me the full amount £33.
