My complaint:
I ordered a pair of shoes from a sketchy website called Dhgate, first i never could track my order because the tracking number was incorrect and it took weeks to say it was delivered. I went and looked myself there was still no package. How am I supposed to show evidence of not receiving a package? Then you take my money and claim that the package was delivered but your just showing a screenshot not actual evidence that a package was sent to the address.
Suggested solution:
Give me a full refund back.
