My complaint:
So I ordered 30 items through dhgate and they sent me all broken ones. Of course I opened a dispute and they said if the seller says they agree to a refund they can just close the case. The seller said it and they closed the dispute and said my refund issued, then a few days later, with no ation email i contacted again and they said im a liar and couldnt be found so they reopened the dispute and asked for pictures which i had to open all 30 units ineividually and take pics and send them, they have ed that they understand all items are broken and they are saying a partial refund only to make it fair for the seller, how is that fair if the seller can just scam me and keep money? Does that mean i also can make a seller account and start scamming?? Please help, this is my only hope now, dhgate is a waste of time.
Suggested solution:
Offer me a refund, they can clearly see all items broken and the seller cheated me.
