My complaint:
I had ordered two planners. A brown one in a 12 x 10 cm and a black one in an 18 x 14 cm. I received the opposite. A brown planner in 18 x 14 cm and a black one in 12 x 10 cm was shipped and received. I am not able to file a complaint until II marked received. However, they will only release the funds and not exchange the items. It had happened to me before. I was hoping that I would have different experiences with different sellers. DHGate does not intervene.
Suggested solution:
I would either have it exchanged, or they refund me the full amount. But I do not trust them in exchanging it if I send the items first. They will keep my money and not ship the new items.
